The Poplar Spot is an original artwork piece by Angie Evans. Using watercolour paints and paper, Angie captured the beginning of Fall, where the leaves start to gain their yellow tinge.
In particular for Angie, she loved how the Poplar and Silver Birch Trees stand out from their surroundings. The abstract arrays of black and white don't allow this tree to go unnoticed and it was certainly a centre of attention for Angie on her hikes.
