How we are adapting and coping during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here at Brush Point Studio we print a wide variety of prints in-house, but we also rely on fulfillment partners to print and ship some larger size prints and all of the home decor products such as pillows etc.  We are in regular communication with them for the latest updates on scheduling and shipping times.  

Our fulfillment partners are still operating and we are continuing to take orders.  Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your items will reach you!

Your support means a lot to us at this time.  Stay safe and take care of yourselves!

Standard Shipping Information

Brush Point Studio prints a variety of items in-house but does use fulfillment partners for some larger items, canvas prints and for framed prints.  All products ship form Canada or the United States!

We offer international shipping options - no matter where you are we've got you covered!

We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping no matter where you are located!

The site is in CAD.  However you can check out in the following currency USD,  AUD, NZD,  SGD, JPY, HKD, GBP, EUR, and DKK.kr  These are currently the only ones I can offer due to preset offerings from my web provider.    

We are confident that you will love the art you purchase from us. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us within 10 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

We currently offer Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay as payment methods.

We do offer Cash on Delivery for those who live in Canada.

During the checkout process there will be a field for you to enter your discount code. If you are on a mobile device, ensure you expand the order summary at the top of the page to find this input field.

Brush Point Studio offers the highest security solutions to protect your personal information. We are a company located in Ontario Canada operating an online store.  The artwork on this site is created by owner Angie Evans.  She also prints her art on pillows and gifts which you can find on this site as well.

Once you have made your purchase please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Once processed and you have been emailed your tracking code you may track it via your Country Post Office Website or from the shipping confirmation email link.

It takes about 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared to ship. You will receive an email as soon as it ships with all tracking details.  Sometimes your order will be separated into two orders if some products are ready to ship before others.  Shipping smaller packages with lower weight also save on shipping costs. I this case you will be sent two tracking numbers (Shipping at the moment is FREE).
