Pine Cone is an original artwork piece by Angie Evans. Using pointillism, pen and ink on illustration board, Angie began by sketching the outline of the Pine Cone and then focused on the darker areas so she could really layer up the shadows and highlights.
Seeing so many other artists create their own version and often stumbling across them on her hikes in Ontario, Canada, she knew it was her turn to transform the pine cone into her own style of artwork.
